Yes, I know. I graduated from Middletown Township High School North. Brian Williams graduated from Mater Dei High School, in the New Monmouth section of Middletown, New Jersey.
Brian Williams currently works for Jeffrey Immelt, the Chairman and CEO of General Electric, the parent company of NBC. Besides being "in the tank" for Barack Obama, General Electric continues to defy U.S. sanctions, and does business with Iran. Iran is a state that sponsors terrorism, and it produces weapons that kill Americans in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Therefore, Brian Williams IS a jerk, by default.
I found it ironic that Robert Burck, AKA "The Naked Cowboy," was arrested in (of ALL places!) San Francisco, California, on Friday, last. After all, the "City-By-The-Bay" is the MOST liberal city in America! To be honest, San Francisco makes Boston, Massachusetts, look like a radical Muslim enclave, by comparison! Let me tell you something about San Francisco: It's a "sanctuary city" in that it goes WAY out of its way to harbor illegal aliens (some of them crime fugitives) from the U.S. Immigration Department, and Homeland Security.
Its Mayor, Gavin Newsom, issued a directive, in 2004, to grant marriage licenses to same-sex couples. San Francisco also endorses medical marijuana, and is currently attempting to enact legislation that would make prostitution LEGAL (probably NOT a bad idea!). It's certainly STRANGE, therefore, that San Francisco (of ALL places!) would slap-the-cuffs on "The Naked Cowboy." After all, tourists come from all over the world (in New York City) to have their photograph
taken with him! No, "The Naked Cowboy" is NOT really naked. He wears a white cowboy hat, cowboy boots, an acoustic guitar strapped around his shoulder (he's a "busker," really, a street performer) and - oh, YES - a pair of skin-tight, white, cotton briefs. Gee, it's probably a good thing that Janis Joplin, Jerry Garcia, Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison (ghosts of San Francisco's WILD hippie past!) are ALL dead. The news of Mr. Burck's arrest (in of ALL places, San Francisco!) would no doubt kill them, ALL OVER AGAIN!

I know that Chris goes back to at LEAST the early 1990's. In 1992, he vowed, on "Topic 'A,'" that he would MOVE to Canada IF Bill Clinton won the Presidential Election. Clinton DID win, and Chris DID move: To Cream Ridge, New Jersey!
So, assuming that "Topic 'A'" callers have a lifespan of twenty years, Bob SHOULD be throwing Phil, from Brick, UNDER the bus, oh, somewhere around 2020. WOW!!!

Chris arrived at conclusions (real OR imagined!), and then went to the Internet to find websites that would support his partisan beliefs.
Remember the old TV commercials, "is it LIVE, or is it MEMOREX?" Well, with Chris, it was, "is it REAL, or is it VOODOO SCIENCE?"
I liked Chris. He was definitely an acquired taste, though. I disagreed with him about ninety per cent of the time (the Right!), but then, again, I disagree with Phil, from Brick (the LEFT!), too.

For me (a reformed "Lefty") is the War on Terror has been a COMPLETE SUCCESS because, I can travel the length of Route 9, The Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike without fear of suicide bombers. I don't have to strain my eyesight looking for IED's (improvised explosive devices) along the roadways. The soldiers in the field, in Iraq and Afghanistan? Well, they don't have that luxury, but THEY volunteered. It's a dirty job (protecting our liberty, and our way of life), but SOMEBODY has to do it. I'd rather fight the War on Terror, OVER THERE, rather than OVER HERE! In September of 2001 (after 9/11), President Bush said, "in order to get the people responsible for 9/11, we'd have to drain the swamp." It sure LOOKS lower to me, now! IS John McCain just George W. Bush's third term in office? I don't think so; he's his OWN man, all right. Let Barack Obama come back in eight years, or so, when he's "seasoned." Heck, he'll ONLY be in his early 50's. What's the rush?

The ONLY country (former enemy) that we DON'T have bases in is, Vietnam.

I really like the cut and thrust of someone who is not afraid to challenge the lock step liberal/progressive/socialist callers. I believe about four months ago Chris from Phoenix said,"Obama is pushing for a tax to end global poverty". You sneeringly derided him that he gets his information from the web. Now that other callers have called to confirm The Global Poverty bill what do you have to say? Now that other callers are calling to confirm what Chris said about Frank Marshall Davis, a long time mentor of Obama, being a well known communist, what do you say Bob, "let's roll the dice". Bob, Chris said "Obama will drastically raise taxes and this will certainly hurt a struggling economy". Isn't that important for people to know. You just seem to want to marginalize any one who doesn't fit your liberal point of view.
