The mayors of two New Jersey cities and a current and former state legislator were among more than two dozen people arrested Thursday in a sweeping corruption investigation.Among about 30 people arrested Thursday were Hoboken Mayor Peter Cammarano III, Secaucus Mayor Dennis Elwell, Jersey City Deputy Mayor Leona Beldini, former Jersey City Council President L. Harvey Smith and state Assemblyman Daniel Van Pelt.

Didn't anyone think that it was odd that a man charged with bank fraud to the tune of 25 million dollars wasn't the right kind of guy to do "business" with? As a CW Dwek saved his own butt and all the greedy people never gave it a thought that HE wasn't in prison! I think their stupidity offends me as much as their greed. These people were civic and politcal leaders. What a sad bunch.
Too bad Bob didn't pick up on that comment from Mike of Toms River. " The I. P. C. C. (U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) say that 60% of them believe that man is the cause."
Bob that means 40% don't think man is the cause of it.
It would be good if you questioned the scientist who gets his funding in the academic community to find global warming (otherwise his funding will dry up).

President Obama has an expense account, and he has an aircraft parked at Andrews Air Force Base called "Air Force One." However, he invited Professor Gates and Sergeant Crowley DOWN to Washington, D.C. to have a beer with him in the White House Rose Garden. Nice.
AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE!!!
He spent (AT MOST!) $19.95 so he could spend a little time with them over beers (well, Vice-President Biden, who crashed the party, consumed a non-alcoholic beer).
They got forty minutes with the Prez, not even a full "Happy Hour."
WHY didn't President Obama take advantage of Air Force One and save these "working guy's" some hard-earned money, and FLY TO BOSTON, instead???
WHOEVER thought THIS up should be FIRED!!!
