From the Washington Examiner link you have on your blog....

"State government is on track to shed at least 1,200 jobs in January, Gov. Chris Christie said today.

“Whether it will grow beyond that, I don’t know,” he said at a Statehouse press conference. “That’s very much going to be dependent on what the revenue outlook looks like for the state.”

The job cuts include layoffs and attrition, spokesman Michael Drewniak said."

---------------------------
Hmmm, layoffs, that doesn't sound to me like a job cut to me. It sounds like Christie is trying to say he is cutting jobs. It will may make for a nice sound bite, but the taxpayers are going to pay in the end again. Where are my property tax reductions Governor Christie?

You can fool the country some of the time, and fool Bob Levy all of the time, but you can't fool all of the people.

Tune in next week when Bill Ayres will detonate the pineapple that has Obama's birth certificate hidden inside it. What the fox crew knows about the WEATHER UNDERGROUND could not fill a thimble. You don't have to be a weatherman to know that fox news blows

According to the NY Times Obama announced his candidacy from the State Capital in Springfield Illinois on 2/11/07 (not Bill Ayers couch).

Also, its not the oceans rising, its the land shrinking?
Good Grief ! Where do people come up with this stuff?
melting glaciers = more water
look at satellite photos, or is that just considered left wing junk science also?

Rich, The fox news echo club will not allow facts to distract from their talking points. Did Gerry take down all his signs yet ? If not, what is the fine for littering in Beachwood ? What scientific field is Gerry's Ph.D in ?

Gerry's a good guy.
I just wish the dittoheads would leave science to scientists instead of Limbaugh, Beck, et al.
The mess we're leaving our grandchildren is shameful.

We all know that scientists are moderates who never allow their political leanings to influence their "findings". Give me a break.

Rich and mikejsal I have to ask you two, did either of you learn anything at school?

They had pictures of melting glaciers in my school books. This has been known for years. No one questions this science.

In fact I learned that the earth has had periods of ice ages the last one being 11,000 years ago.
Read this interesting history of ice ages.

That's a good question Rich, a better question would be if a scientist was paid to find global warming, would he find it even if he could find no evidence to support it nor deny it and thus lose out on his paycheck?

But it all comes back to the fact that after an ice age one would expect to see melting. Now can I collect a paycheck too?
