FROM THE PAGES OF THE NEW YORK POST:

"It's so important for it (Occupy Wall Street protest) to be leaderless. As soon as you allow someone to speak for you, you're giving up your freedom and your individual voice."

An Occupy Wall Street Non-
Leader.

Hhhhmmmmmmm???

Bill, from Toms River said...

Occupy Wall Street 'non-leaders" are known as "facilitators. They refer to each other as "comrade."

Hhhmmmmmmm???

The epicenter of the Occupy Wall Street protest, in Manhattan's Zuccotti Park, is filled with flags with Che Guevara's face on them.

"We don't have that."

- An Ocean County Mall employee.

I go into Sears for some tarp (in case I want to camp-out at Zuccotti Park, with the rest of the Occupy Wall Street weirdos. I'm told, "we don't have that." I go into a shoe store for a pair of shoes in a wide size, I'm told, "we don't have that." What DO they have? Tents. Outside in the parking lot. Selling rugs, furniture and Jacuzzi's. Has ANYBODY noticed that the Ocean County Mall is starting to resemble a gypsy camp, with ALL the tents? Just asking.

HUH...???

Remember when the World Series USED to pit the American League Champion, versus the National League Champion? Not anymore. Now, we have "Wild Card" teams. They finished in second-place in their respective divisions. Such is the case, this year. The St. Louis Cardinals finished in second-place to the division-winning Milwaukee Brewers. Ah, but HERE'S the rub: Now, second-place teams get a second-chance, IF they eliminate a division-winner in the play-offs. Which the Cardinals did do. QUESTION: How many play-off home runs did Babe Ruth hit? Mickey Mantle? Joe DiMaggio? Yogi Berra?

ANSWER: None. Those players didn't play in play-off games, they went directly to the World Series. Today, MLB plays play-off games for one reason: More money.
I'm informed that Baseball Commissioner, Bud Selig, would like to add a second-tier of "Wild Cards" to the play-off season. WHY? Increased revenue. More money. Thirty-four years ago, today, Reggie Jackson hit three home runs (all on the first pitch) to lead the New York Yankees to the World Series title over the Los Angeles Dodgers. The 1977 World Series ended, today, and this year's World Series hasn't even begun yet. They call THIS progress? It isn't "quality," anymore, it's "quanity." If two (2) teams isn't enough, why not six, eight, ten, twelve or more? Soon, Major League Baseball will be just like the NBA or the NHL: Play a full regular-season schedule, to find out exactly what two (2) teams WILL NOT make the play-offs. Soon, the baseball champion will be crowned just after Thanksgiving! A St. Louis versus Texas World Series. The East Coast, and the West Coast, will NOT be watching, I can tell you THAT, right now! I can just hear the teeth gnashing at Fox Sports, now!!

QUESTION: If I were to pitch a tent, and camp-out down in Toms River's Huddy Park (claiming to be an Occupy Main Street protestor), how long do you think I'd get before I got a visit from a not-amused Toms River cop? Could you measure it in seconds? Minutes? Hours? Days? Weeks? Months? Years? Decades? Yeah, I'm thinking minutes, too. You see, our Founding Fathers put a provision into the Bill of Rights giving the people the right to protest, but it comes with a shelf life. How long has Occupy Wall Street been holding Zuccotti Park hostage, now, in Manhattan? A full month?

Hhhhhhmmmmmm?

Bill, from Toms River said...

If Rudy Giuliani were STILL Mayor of New York City (and NOT Michael Bloomberg), would Occupy Wall Street STILL be holding Zuccotti Park hostage?

I think not.

Bill, from Toms River said...

How 'bout Ed Koch? I think Mayor Koch would be holding a megaphone up to his mouth, asking the protestors, "How am I doing?", as New York's Finest are hauling away those filthy, hippie, socialist whack-jobs!! Anybody have a different take on the matter? How 'bout you, Anonymous? Do you EVER take a stand on an issue??!! Do you HAVE an opinion on ANYTHING??!! Besides ME, that is???

Bill, from Toms River said...

"Nope your a dope!"

- Anonymous.

Again, punctuation, Anon!! You SHOULD have placed a comma after the word "Nope." The word
"your" is a contraction of the two words, "you are." An apostrophe is needed! There, "you're."

Nope, you're a dope!

Yes, I am. For trying to communicate with a dullard!! Bye, bye!!

Predicted Winner of 2012 Presidential Election:

B-ROKE Hussein Obama, for no other reason except, voter apathy!!

FROM THE PAGES OF THE NEW YORK DAILY NEWS:

President B-ROKE ("Man, I'm SO Busted!") Hussein Obama "disapproves" of his two daughters watching the faux TV reality-show, "Keeping Up With The Kardashians." Hhhhhmmmmm?? I wonder HOW he feels about them listening to Bob Levy, on Sunday mornings?! What do YOU think, "Phil," from Brick?

Bill, from Toms River said...

FROM THE PAGES OF THE NEW YORK POST:

While you and I were sitting idle, in the drive-thru lane at White Castle, last night, the Occupy Wall Street protestors (remember them? in Manhattan's Zuccotti Park were feasting on organic chicken, spaghetti Bolognese, roasted beef and sheep's milk-cheese salad and wild heirloom potatoes prepared especially FOR them by a renowned Master Chef from the Sheraton Hotel.

Hhhhhhmmmmmmm???

Makes you wonder, doesn't it, exactly HOW long George Soros' money is going to hold out??!!

Classy newspaper, The New York Post!

Bill, from Toms River said...

FROM BILL O'REILLY'S COLUMN, IN THE NEW YORK POST, TODAY:

Some things you probably DIDN'T know about the Zuccotti Park, Occupy Wall Street, "protestors."

1) Only 15 percent are unemployed.

2) Most of 'em voted for B-ROKE Hussein Obama, in 2008, but only 44 percent approve of the job he is doing.

3) 52 percent have participated in political demonstrations before.

4) 31 percent say they'd support violence to advance their agenda.

So, WHAT is that agenda, you ask?

"The protestors...are bound by a deep commitment to radical left-wing policies...[The movement] comprises an unrepresentative segment of the electorate that believes in the radical redistribution of wealth."

"In other words, these folks want OUR stuff."

Don't worry, on Sunday morning, "Phil," from Brick, will probably give you HIS "spin" on the matter!!!

DON'T FORGET, YOU HEARD IT, HERE, FIRST!

If I'm reading the tea leaves, correctly, watch for the Democrats to drop Vice-President Joe Biden from the ticket in 2012, and replace him with Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Bill Clinton's new book, "Back to Work," hits bookstore shelves (I know, the Ocean County Mall DOESN'T HAVE a bookstore, anymore!), next month. It talks about the current economic slump (slump? How 'bout Depression?), how it was caused (don't ask a Zuccotti Park "protestor," PUH-LEEEZE!) and how we can fix it.

Hhhhmmmmm? An Obama - Clinton ticket, next year, huh?
