ANSWER: Three (3) of them are retired, or have formally announced their retirement. WHO are they?
Actually, the Bob Levy that you listen to on "Topic 'A,'" every Sunday, and the Bob Levy that you listen to on "The Bob Levy Show," Monday thru Friday, is an Audio-Animatronic "robot" developed at Walt Disney World, in Orlando, Florida. The REAL Bob Levy retired years ago, to The Villages, in Florida. When "Topic 'A'" concludes, at 11:00 A.M., on Sundays, Producer Paul wheels the robot over to a service closet outside the radio studio. There, it sits. next to a vacuum cleaner. On some Sunday mornings, a sleep-deprived Paul wheels out the vacuum cleaner, by mistake, and props it up on Bob's chair facing the microphones. It is on those mornings that Bob does his best shows. He gives the talk-line phone number correctly, and he addresses his caller by their correct names. This "Bob Levy" doesn't flub the commercials, either. Tick, tick, tick, tick...HOW long will it take Dan Alexander to take THIS entry down???
