The Senate version of the DISCLOSE Act is S-3295.
While it is nice that Paul put the bill that passed up on your blog, the more important bill that is not listed on your blog is S-3295.
The Senate is to vote this week on S-3295, I hope you put this important bill number and the fact it is scheduled to be voted on this week at the top of Bob's blog.
I also hope people call and e-mail to tell Senators Lautenberg and Menendez to tell them to vote "No" on this bill.
When Unions, MOVE.org, the NRA and both political parties are exempt from this law, then people have to stand up against this bill.

It has come to my attention that the REAL Bob Levy died sometime in the year 2003, and was replaced by a look-a-like that we listen-to, every week, to this very date. The Faux Bob Levy SAYS that we can ONLY be saved by Divine Intervention? We HAVE to START praying? The Bob Levy that I was introduced-to, in 1980, wouldn't be caught dead spouting such clap-trap! I wanted to hear my New Idol, Joe, from Toms River, but I HAD to bail, this morning. EARLY!!! The Faux Bob said that car dealers are the WORST drivers? Funny, when I "googled it," the answer came up, determined by insurance actuarial services, that the WORST drivers were computer engineers. Car dealers weren't even in the Top Ten!
My experience with BAD car drivers? Cops, hands-down. They'll put on their sirens, and their flashing lights, when they're just goin' to Dunkin Donuts!!! Hey, Joe? Joe, from Toms River? The very next time you talk to Bob (the Faux Bob!), ask him THIS question: "Bob, can you remember the date WHEN you FIRST sold-out?"
Right or wrong? When the Faux Bob spoke to my buddy, Herb Germann, this morning, did he REALLY tell Herb to forget about the school pension, that he PAYED INTO (!!!), and to take a job at Burger King or McDonald's, instead??!! In the public sector, we have one person doing the job of ten people, but in state, local and federal government, we have EXACTLY the opposite: Ten people doing the jobs of one.

Four lefties (that will slobber over him) and one token conservative, now that's what I call FAIR AND BALANCED. Now mind you it was pre-taped, so no tough questions for Dear Leader (all rehearsed). This is the SAME first sitting president EVER to appear on a late night talk show with no other than the total left wing nut job David Letterman.

Then he unceremoniously ended our call after I suggested that he charter a bus so Topic A listeners could go to Washington DC in August for the Glenn Beck "event".
Joe, Glenn Beck? How apropos! I just TURNED-OFF "The Glenn Beck Show." I confess I had a "brief" interest in him. However, I'm OVER that, now! The man is NUTS! He is Full-Tilt Bozo!! Be sure to check-out the front-page of today's edition of The New York Post. It shows a short, ugly and out-of-shape young woman being hauled-off to jail after being arrested for drunk and disorderly behavior. The photograph was taken on the beach in Seaside Heights, Ocean County, NJ. The culprit? Pseudo-Celebrity, Snooki Polizzi, of "Jersey Shore" fame (or is it infamy?). Right, MTV! On the front of Snooki's tank top appeared the word, "Slut." Well, THAT oughta' shut up people who claim that you can't believe what you read in the newspapers!! Ah, yes, Seaside Heights, NJ: The Armpit of the State! Well, Governor Christie called it just about right, a couple of weeks ago, didn't he?
I can just picture Bob Levy showing his wife, Marianne, the photograph of Snooki Polizzi, in today's edition of The New York Post, and saying to her, "see THAT, Mare, ANOTHER sure sign of the Apocalypse!"
I wonder WHO is going to get more "Buzz" on tomorrow's show: Snooki Polizzi, or Chelsea Clinton, on the eve of her nuptials, in Rhinebeck, New York??

Okay, I''ve just seen the New York Post video feed of the Snooki "bust," and it appears to be a set-up. Everyone was in place (Snooki, the police and the live audience). A director yelled, "Action," and the "scene" was shot. So much for "Reality TV." So much for truth in journalism. The Seaside Heights Police Department: The BEST Police Force MONEY can buy!! As Judge Judy would say, "I wouldn't believe you if your tongue came notarized!"
Oops, Where's the oil. I thought this was the worst environmental disaster since the FLOOD. Seems they're having a hard time finding it. Guess someone forgot that hydrocarbons evaporate very quickly at high temps which is what the gulf is at 85F. Gee whizz I wonder if the estimated 125,000 oil workers not to mention 300,000 indirect workers put out of work by Obama's shutdown of all gulf production. I guess the man behind the curtain doesn't realize that you don't stop flying airliners because one crashes or you don't stop building cars because one crashes. But then again maybe there's another agenda at work here such as intentionally crippling the US economy in order to fundamentally change America into a Marxist/socialist utopia where all things come from the hand of government. Please be aware that if the Tax Cuts are allowed to expire in January the markets will crash and foreign investment as well as domestic investment will cease. Unemployment will skyrocket 10% will look like the good old days. just a reminder folks at the end of 2007 unemployment was 4.7% and the federal deficit was 230 billion. Unemployment now stands at 9.8% and the deficit for this year not yet finished stands at 1.3 Trillion. Spent at a dollar a second it would take 56,000 years to spend 1 trillion.
